COMMUNITY CLEANLINESS DRIVE

As part of the CBSE Kaushal    Bodh programme for Grade 8, HPS Poornaprajna Sangameshwarpet organised a Community Cleanliness Drive

with the objective of developing a sense of social responsibility, community service, environmental awareness and dignity of labour among students.

The activity was conducted in the Bidare Reserve Foresr area, where students actively participated in cleaning both sides of the road over a stretch of approximately 4 kilometres.

A total of 117 students participated enthusiastically in the cleanliness drive, accompanied by 7 teachers, including the Principal, Mr. Jayaprakash. For the safe and effective conduct of the activity, students were provided with hand gloves and waste-collection bags.

The cleanliness drive continued for approximately two hours. Students worked in groups along both sides of the road, carefully collecting litter and segregating the waste for proper disposal.
